Berard’s experience brought about the desire to realise his brother’s dream and create a unique and innovative place where the Apulian panzerotto is modernised through experimental and innovative recipes including Mediterranean taralli-based dough and Calzone dough.
Their panzerotti garnered the attention of three young entrepreneurs and thus “La Panzerottata” was born, a recipe for greatness through tradition and passion.
